Can you describe a rainbow without colors? So you cannot describe life without meaning either. Life is replete with meaning. Everything you do counts. Every word you speak has is effect. Every thought that enters your mind lives eternally.
Your soul is the sum product of everything you do, every word you speak, and every thought that enters your mind. There is no such thing as a wasted prayer, or a fruitless love. Therefore take heed about how you nurture your soul. Seek truth, practice love and relish everything in this world that is beautiful.

You have asked a lot of questions. I hope you receive some worthwhile answers.
Here is my answer based on what I know, what I have read and written.
+++The meaning of life+++
The simplest answer to the meaning of life is that life itself is what is important.
Unfortunately, such answers sound a little cheesy, mainly because it is so obvious and simple. Yet within this simplicity is the deeper understanding from the perspective of the universe.
If you were everything- what is most important? For humans, it is the aspiration to know all questions. Let's say "awareness".
So, I could say to you that the answer for humans is Life Love Awareness. But from the perspective of God, you have to step out of your shoes and think like God for a moment-
From the perspective of God, Awareness Loves Life, or ALL.
++What is heaven like?++
The constitution of One Heaven exists on the web see
http://one-heaven.org
It appeared exactly 2000 years to the day of the birth of Jesus
(14 Nisan, 6 CE + 2000 years = April 2007).
When you read it you can see that Heaven is not about harps and wings, but about the fulfilment of human awareness and potential- that we have a responsibility to grow up and end the wars.
In particular, the war in heaven has now officially ended, so in answer to your question about Hell, Lucifer has signed a treaty ending Hell.
++Who is right?++
Am I right, or wrong? Jesus founded the Nazarenes also known as the gnostics.
http://one-faith-of-god.org/new_testament/apocrypha/nazarenes/nazarenes_0010.htm
The Vatican has known for almost 2000 years that it was Paul of Tarsus, not Jesus who founded christianity.
http://one-faith-of-god.org/new_testament/apocrypha/founders_christianity/founders_christianity_0010.htm
So I feel Jesus would agree, it is time.

We are here to learn to live happily. I do not know what it is like in heaven, but I will find out some day. There is both a heaven and a hell. there are so many different religions because people strive to find what is comfortable for them right now and not what God wants, which is our longterm happiness. Could all the religions be right? No there are too many things which they disagree on for all of them to be right. How can you find which one is right? In the Epistle of James chapter 1 verse 5 and 6 we are told,
"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed."
If you want to follow God ask him he will help you find what you should do.

Catholics believe:
+ What is the meaning of life?
The meaning of human life is to know and love God.
http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/prologue.htm
+ What is it like in heaven?
Heaven is eternal life with God; communion of life and love with the Trinity and all the blessed.
Heaven is the state of supreme and definitive happiness, the goal of the deepest longings of humanity.
A holy man was having a conversation with the Lord one day and said, "Lord, I would like to know what Heaven and Hell are like." The Lord led the holy man to two doors. He opened one of the doors and the holy man looked in. In the middle of the room was a large round table. In the middle of the table was a large pot of stew which smelled delicious and made the holy man's mouth water.
The people sitting around the table were thin and sickly. They appeared to be famished. They were holding spoons with very long handles that were strapped to their arms and each found it possible to reach into the pot of stew and take a spoonful, but because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths. The holy man shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering. The Lord said, "You have seen Hell."
They went to the next room and opened the door. It was exactly the same as the first one. There was the large round table with the large pot of stew which made the holy man's mouth water. The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but here the people were well nourished and plump, laughing and talking.
The holy man said, "I don't understand."
"It is simple" said the Lord, "it requires but one skill. You see, they have learned to feed each other, while the greedy think only of themselves."

+ Is there a heaven?
Yes.
+ Is there a hell?
Yes.
No one really knows what hell is like. It has been described by people who have not been there as everything from flames to a frozen lake (Dante).
Hell is the state of complete and final self-exclusion from communion with God and the blessed, reserved for those who refuse by their own free choice to believe and be converted from sin, even to the end of their lives
I like to think of it this way. The only way a person will go to hell is if they want to.
God in His (or Her) unlimited love has given us free will to choose. Our most important choice is to freely decide to accept or reject God's constant offer of spending eternity with Him in heaven. God will respect the choice to reject Him.
http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt1sect2chpt3art12.htm#1033
+ Why do different religions believe different things?
Acceptance, denial, or lack of the revelation of God. Sometimes it comes down to human stubborness (look at Henry VIII).
+ Which one is right?
Only God knows for sure.
Each religion, including Catholicism, believes it is the fullest and best path.
+ Could they ALL be right?
No.
If one religion believes in heaven and another does not then obviously one of them is wrong.
In most Christian denominations however, almost all central doctrine is agreed upon.
"What separates us as believers in Christ is much less than what unites us." (Pope John XXIII)
+ With love in Christ.
