a girly party
surprise party
swimming party
pizza party

But ask her, she might have something in mind! After all, she is old enough to answer!

Glow Bowling and ice cream and cake after.
Paint their own tshirt.
Learn to play old fashioned games. eg) kick the can, prisoners base, marbles...you can find these old games and old skipping rhymes on the net.

Shaving cream fight outside! We did this for my niece last year and she had a blast...then we hooked up the sprinkler so they could rinse off! We also had water balloons in a bucket full of shaving cream for them to throw at one another along with their own can of cream...dollar store...very cheap and entertaining.

Dress up, Make-up, all that pre-teen fantasy stuff. Maybe a first pair of high heels (pumps).
