Nothing wrong with what you're eating. It's sounds like you're trying to lose weight....OK. If I were you though, I would add a multi-vitamin for obvious reasons. And for a snack, I would have a Slim-Fast or similar drink although it will add about 220 calories. Why? Energy! Hey! You gotta live.

Ok for breakfast I would have more than cherries
maybe a nice bran cereal with cherries, or whole wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese and fruit...
Lunch-all bread should be wheat, not white and potato chips really aren't healthy no matter what, but if you really have to have some try the baked ones
Dinner-Again no white starches, try brown rice, a nice salad, and about 4-5 oz of protein (about the size of a deck of cards)
Snack-apple, banana with peanut butter, a handful of mixed nuts, something small and healthy, and if you are craving something sweet try yogurt and fruit

I'd have some cereal / bran with the cherries for breakfast. leave out the bread and chips at lunch, go for a whole lotta fruit. put some fresh veggies in the dinner and go with "don't know yet" snack and leave it there. leave out the pills (multi rubbish stuff) stay with fresh veggies and fruits - they got it all.

Ps: do a greater variety with lotsa fruits veggies and lots of water

pretty healthy I'd say. suggest you eat a more substantial breakfast though, it helps to get your metabolism going so you actually burn more calories.

My favourite snack is fruit with ice cream - it combines the healthy fruit with the satisfying ice cream so I feel full and good!

my rule of thumb about eating is this....
eat, what's available
eat, what's affordable
eat what you crave when you can..... I feel great
