When you take them to the vet for shots and de-worming, just tell the vet you want them to have the "core" vaccines. Those are the ones that are absolutely necessary to protect the puppies.

A puppy or dog's shot is several vaccines mixed together into one fluid. Puppies need a series of them starting 2 weeks after they are weaned and then every 3 to 4 weeks after until they are over 4 months. They have no protection until after the second shot. If the mother was properly vaccinated she will pass on protection that can last 2 weeks after weaning and ward off the first shot if given too soon. Call your vets office and see if he agrees with this and ask prices. Call some dog rescue agencies to find out where to go for low prices.

DA2PP is the core vaccine for puppies. Vaccinations do not have to start until 8 weeks of age.
The American Animal Hospital Association has put their recommendations on their website. This is the protocol that all 27 U.S. vet schools use.
http://www.aahanet.org
This is not the protocol of all vets. A lot of them are still giving Hepatitus and Corona which are no longer recommended for puppies.
Some more reading on vaccinations and the side effects are at the website of a Texas vet, Dr. Bob Rogers.

Puppies and kittens get their vaccinations in a series, usually at 8, 12, 16 weeks. At 16-18 weeks of age they will get their rabies vaccination.
Puppies get distemper and parvo virus vaccinations along with the rabies (which is a must in order to be licensed by your town).
Bring in a stool sample of each pup (labeled in a plastic bag) so that the tech can do a fecal test to see what parasite the puppies have, then they can dispense the correct medication.
They're not going to get anything that they shouldn't have.

They will need their first vaccinations at 8 weeks old..NOT before..the first vaccination needs to be distemper/parvo/canine hepatitis/adenovirus-2 that's it.
They need to be dewormed (with a vet approved dewormer) at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age.

I think the puppies have to be at least 6 weeks old to start getting shots.

each pup will need a DHLPP shot 2 months old. and two de-worming 2 weeks apart.
call around and ask the vets if they give a litter discount.
they get a second set of shots 3 months old. and a 3rd set at 4 months old. Please make sure the new families know this. AND when they are old enough they will need a rabies shot.
a bordetella vac. is also recommennded when age appropriate.
Please get your Momma dog spayed, soon. Hopefully her shots are up to date! Is she on heartworm preventative?

1) distemper shot
2) rabies shots
3) lime disease
The shots come in series so you will have to go back 3 weeks to get the again. You might also want to get them a nasal spary the vet will do called "Bordatella". Its a vaccine against kennel cough.
