Probably Brazil or the US. Brazil has some of the highest rates of plastic surgery in the world! The US is a world capital for both show business and modeling, so the prettiest from all over the world come here, and add to the gene pool. But it's all up to the viewer. Now if you asked which has the best looking men....that I can answer.

definitely not usa, canada(most obese women in the world, that doesn't make you attractive sorry) , or poland (spray tan anyone?!) and whoever said france you've got to be kidding me.. I dont have anything against japanese, chinese, vietnamese only that they can't come in different colored eyes.
I'd say brazil though. They have nice eyes, nice skin, age slower, etc etc.
