Well you shouldn't start to shrink until your 50s or 60s. As far as your weight. Eat 5 small meals a day. Lots of veges, fruits, skim milk, chicken, fish,a little red meat. Limit fatty meats and sweets and alcohol . Eliminate soda pop! Work-out everyday you can. Swim, bike, run, strength train to gain and maintain muscle. It will burn the calories for you. Make all of this apart of your lifestyle and you should remain in pretty good shape!!!

count approximately how many calories a day you eat and make sure you eating the same amount all the time.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 3-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
