Question

I like her but im pretty sure she likes me but im not sure. I catch her staring at me some times looking into my eye and sometimes smiling at me. she sometimes copies the way I sit and she is quiet when im near her. she plays with her hair and also watches me (sometimes by herself)during me p.e most the time. when her friends are with her she is her normal self but shes different when im around. we barely talk but we used to hang out with friend 6 half a year ago.

It is always good to tell people how you feel.
If you really like this girl,...you need to talk to her,.
Talking over the internet or through a note may be easier.

Try talking to her...
If you used to be friends try to respark the friendship. Just try to start a casual conversation someday about anything...just don't say something terribly corny LOL

If she really does like you I'm sure she will be very interested in talking to you...keep talking to her and see what happens from there
Worst case scenario is she won't be interested in talking to you, and then you can move on, it would hurt a little but its better than being stuck thinking "What if" all the time.
If you are already on a regular talking basis just try to invite her somewhere...not like on a date for dinner just like "Hey I was gonna go to (somewhere) on (whatever day) wanna come and hang out?"

Go talk to her and let us know what happened!

the most obvious and straight forward thing to do would be to just ask her out or something and you'll find out pretty much straight away whether she likes you or not. However, if you are afraid of being rejected by her cos you obviously hope she likes u as much as u seem to like her, try hanging out with her with a group of other people or you could get a friend of yours to find out from a friend of hers without being too obvious as to whether she likes you or not. Somewhat childish but it has been known to work.

she is probably shy around you and really likes you but doesn't know how to tell you! you can tell that she likes you but if really really like her you need to tell her cause if you don't something wonderful can never happen! also if she doesn't feel the same way tell her you still want to be friends!

Try talking to her again. Seems to me that's what she wants you to do. Sounds to me like she likes you and nothings worse when you like a guy and he doesn't respond because he's not sure so talk to her and then you will know.

ask her out! if you're not certain about one-on-one (since she acts so differently around you), make it a group thing. make plans w/ a bunch of your pals and invite her and her pals. make sure you coordinate some 'convenient' alone time with her and see what happens.
