I need a really good workout routine that will help me by next Month :] thanks!

What interests you? What are your goals? Weight loss or toning, or just better fitness?

I love classes at the gym. They give me a set time limit to try to get through. Plus they are fast paced and high energy.

I love yoga as well. It's so relaxing and I have bad joints. I use MTV yoga dvd--but there are many other great ones out there.

What is your focus? Getting buff you'll need a lot more exercises and weight strengthening.

But just overall fitness, I'd do an hour of cardio 3 times a week. That will make your heart stronger. There are lots of DVDs that are great. Denise Austin is fabulous. Running is great if you enjoy it. If you have bad joints though its terrible. I stay with the eliptical.

Then do some dumbbell exercises. Buy 3 weights that you can lift easily. That way if you are doing an exercise like butterfly and you need a slightly lower weight, you'll have it.

Most DVDs include what weight exercises to do. Then I add ab exercises to it. Since its summer, I bet abs are what you are really focused on. Cardio helps burn the fat the best.

Change what you are eatting. Cut out sodas, cut a lot of the fat, and cut all junk food. Don't deprive yourself though. If you love peanut butter--don't eat peanut butter cookies but eat peanut butter on celery. Thats why diets fail. You crave until you cave. Instead, all things are possible through moderation.

Really I'd join netflix and order a whole bunch of DVDs until I found a couple I really liked. Then buy them. That way you don't buy any horrible ones either. Or join a gym so that a trainer can help really push you.

Without more information about your goals its really difficult to get more specific though.
