How long do you move/work out/ do sports everyday?
and when during the day?

I go to the gym after work for an hour everyday...except Sunday.

I walk about half an hour a day at least, sometimes more. I run up and down the stairs a lot too!

And I love to run, though I have not run a lot this spring due to joint/knee issues, though am easing back into it now. When I do run I go out for 30-40 minutes, 3-4 times a week.

for the past 6 months the only workout i can get is walking (i was hit by a car and still have a cast on my leg) - i walk for at least an hour every day, also i have 5lbs hula hoop which i use twice a week for 10-20min and i stretch every day before going to bet - it also releases melanin (sleep hormone) from muscles.
before this happened - i used to work out 3-4 days a week before work 45-60min cardio plus light weight training and i was working at nights - i was dancing so i was burning plenty of calories at work all night long.

3 days a week with a trainer for an hour. mostly muscle with spurts of cardio to boost heart rate for max results. also 2-3 days mild work out on my own. Afternoon after work before dinner.
