I agree - just not necessarily about Chirstianity but knowing God. I think it is right there and we are just like a bunch of zombies who don't see and walk around asleep.

The problem here, Midge, is that you are starting from a faulty position. You are saying 'the truth of Christianity.' There is no shred of measurable evidence that there is a God, that there was a Jesus, that anything in the Bible is to be taken for anything other than a fable.
You have a strong faith: good! You believe what you do, and it matters to you: good! You believe that what you believe is true for everyone: bad!
There is a huge, huge difference between opinion (faith) and truth (fact). Just because you really, really believe something it doesn't make it 'true.'
Let's say you have a boyfriend. You really, really love him, with a pure, selfless love. You think he's really cute, and everything he does and says is so incredible. You see this because he is your boyfriend, and you love him. Others do not have this filter, however. That phrase he keeps saying that you think is so wonderful and true others find really irritating. That wonderful way he smells that melts your heart is a truly offensive odor to others.
Now, perhaps you are thinking, 'But God can be everyone's boyfriend!' Perhaps you are thinking that if only I saw God the way you see God then I will love God the exact same way as you will. Sorry, Midge. Life doesn't work that way.
What one person calls 'God' another person calls 'Devil.' The most horrific crimes against humanity and nature are committed because someone, at some point, truly thought he was doing 'the will of God.'
Just like the Lady in the Radiator says:
In heaven, everything is fine.
You got your good thing, and I got mine.

It's those who are around for the Great Tribulation. Those who are not Christian will see those things that will occur as being something they heard a Christian say. And to themselves they will say, " No! It couldn't be! " And yet there will be a person who will be touted as a "World Leader", saying things that everyone wants to hear, Israel will build or have begun building their temple, earthquakes will be a lot more common, A third of a lot of things on the Earth will die or become inedible, the Church will be 'missing', and there will be peace in the Middle East for some time.
When the demons attack they will see many crazy seeming things , all related to what they heard someone say before.
What will they do?

Don't you feel dumb believing in a fairy tale? I mean, do you still believe in the tooth fairy, and Santa Clause and monsters under the bed. When you grew up, didn't you feel a little dumb that you thought they were real? We are not ignoring anything. There is nothing there to ignore. It's not there. Do you understand that? And I would like to know where all these people are, because I haven't heard from them, Back from the dead as they would have to be.

I thought this was a cool question, then when I clicked on it, I discovered it was merely preaching disguised as a good question. Perhaps if you weren't so condescending, people would not be so disgusted by Christianity.

Perhaps it is you who is blinded by your preconceived notions of religion that are intolerant of other spiritual views.
