I'm not aware of any specific symbolism broadly attributed to wicker baskets in Wicca. Any number of symbols could be attributed to it depending upon how it's used. Any container can be a symbol of the goddess, the wicker work might refer to the craft work of pagan peoples in history, heck, a sufficiently eclectic witch might keep it around to remind them of the movie, The Wicker Man. So, it could mean almost anything, depending upon the context.

although things may be made of wicker to use in a ritual or spell, the basket itself is not significant.
