when i scan a document from my hp f380 printer, it shows , but there is no option to save the picture. what to do?i want to send it to someone as jpeg.

Try using the Windows built-in facility.

Stat->Settings->Control Panel and double click on Scanners and Cameras.

Right click on your scanner name and follow the steps of the wizard.

look in any phot software you will have got some editing with the scanerer go into the menus and look for TWAIN32 or TWAIN something then selcet the scanner or look there will be software which will be the way to scan and save.

file > aqquire > single

scan it, NOT preview.. then close the HP screen you have up , go back to irfanview "save" change the format to jpeg,

save it to your desktop or somewhere.. and add it as an attatchment on ya mail.

press ctrl and prtSc and save what you see!!
