I guess it would depend on the anti depressant and how much coffee you drink. I'm on meds - and drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day - no problems (in fact - most mornings the promise of coffee is the only thing that keeps me from weeping when I hear my toddler get up at 5 AM...LOL). Not that I know of. I do know that caffeine heightens anxiety so if you are taking an antidepressant to help with anxiety issues, the caffeine is basically making it harder for the medication to work for you. My doctor 'yelled' at me for drinking so much coffee since I have terrible anxiety and suffer from panic attacks. I still drink a lot of it though (shhhh...)

No, I don't think so. Only the usual caffeine jitters that you'd get from too much coffee, with or without medication.
