Grapes (raisins by extension) mushrooms, garlic, and onions, are toxic to dogs.

Apples, pears (not the cores-the seeds contain arsenic) bananas, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe are all enjoyed by mine. IN MODERATION...
Peaches & plums are OK but don't let them have the pits.
Veggies mine like include green beans (raw or cooked) baby carrots, cooked potatoes & sweet potatoes, and canned pumpkin.
One food I use for my guys contains several veggies:

Corn is OK but will go right through; don't give them corn on the cob however as they can swallow large pieces of cob, which can cause intestinal blockages.

Don't just remain there! Do squats while combing your teeth, calf raises even though standing in line, or lunges while chatting around the phone.

All fruits and veggies should be just fine.
Garlic is not toxic and potatoes can be digested. Apparently you need to talk to your vet or do your own extensive research because there are too many varied and inaccurate opinions to know the truth. Dogs get the same nutritional benefit from veggies as we do.

My guys get dried banana chips and they LOVE them. And craisins - dried cranberries, NOT raisins.

They also get baby carrots and green beans. Also frozen Brussel sprouts - it's like a little ice pop for them.

I also make them frozen treats: mashed bananas, peanutbutter, plain yogurt, and evaported milk. Mix all together, put in paper baking cups and freeze.

According to a vet, you should not give them grapes or any berries. Apples, banana, pears and things like that should be fine but you should ask a vetenarian next time you see one.

Choose faster-paced brands of yoga such as Ashtanga or perhaps Vinyasa to burn more calories while also buying a good stretch.
