You've got plenty of time. Don't stress about it. I'm close to your age and I have a boyfriend for the first time in over 10 years. Three years isn't that long.

Being too picky is when you wont go out with a girl because she has a funny accent, or when she doesnt wear the right colors, or when her hair color is wrong, or when she has "big feet."
Usually being picky also means you wont go out on dates at all just to see what kind of person they are.
