I'm 15 years old and i weigh about 162 pounds. I kno this isn't healthy but i don't know what to do or what to eat in order to shed some pounds. I tried starving myself and lost some weight, so i tried it again but that just made me really hungry. I wanna lose up to 20-30 pounds before school starts again and I hope ya'll got some tips on losing weight. Thanx.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

This must be followed exactly ~ Chemically and enzymed balanced: (3 days on the diet only drink black coffee, or tea-unsweet with meals) in between meals as much water as you want
1st day
Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit or 1/2 pineapple, 1 slice of wheat toast, 2 table spoons peanut butter (creamy)
Lunch - 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice of toast
Dinner - 2 slices of meat (any type) = about 3 oz., 1 cup green beans, 1 cup beets or 2 pickles (dill or kosher), 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
2nd day
Breakfast - 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1/2 bannana
Lunch - 1 cup cottage cheese (lowfat), 5 saltine crackers
Dinner - 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 bannana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
3rd day
Breakfast - 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
Lunch - 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast
Dinner - 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets or 2 pickles, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 bannana, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Take four days off and eat what you choose within reason and only drink black coffee, un-sweet tea and plenty of water

This diet works on chemical breakdown. I have used it and have many friends who have lost weight with it. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings.You will loose upwards of ten pounds each time you do the rotation. This diet is very safe and my GP even tried it with good results.

drink a half gallon of distill water a day.

eat only oatmeal any kind with a fruit.

or a white omelet with no cheese.

and eat only grilled chicken breast with vetables in olive oil only no butter.

also a light salad with mrs.dash and broil chicken beast and baked fish.

brown rice and no junk food or snacks for 8 weeks.

also do 1000 sit-ups a before bed and run around the block in the morning.

do crunches 1000 times a day and squats against the wall 3 sets of 30.

never starve yourself cause you will just eat more when you do and never get out of the habit!!!

get on the message boards and see if you like the way the plan works. you cannot officially join because of your age, but maybe your mom or dad could sign up for you and you can do the plan under them.

i started on it on january 18, 2007. since then i have lost nearly 25 pounds. and i feel great, and i still eat and i don't feel i am deprived of anything.

well if you are boy just exercise continually dont be lazy and drink alot of liquids
eat less and drink more
no sweets
u can get light sugar
low fat light whatever
splenda something like that
its summer
u will loose
lots of fluids

Don't starve yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats bad for your body!!! You should eat low fat/carb foods and exercise do not!!! order any drugs or starve your self.
