I've been hearing rumors that coffee kills the nutrition in food as well if you take your vitamins with it. Supposedly the vitamins will be destroyed along with the nutrition in the food if you drink coffee with it.

Never heard of that and to me it sounds a bit suspect and silly. I would waste no more time worrying about something so trivial.

That's ridiculous! Coffee is merely flavored water and has absolutely no affect on nutritional ingestion. However; being a diuretic, it will expedite its ejection.

That's a new one. Nope coffee is just as bad and good for you whether you eat with it or not.

Can you count the number of vitamins Atoms (?) and compare how many you pass as poo??
Get real ,,,,you can go without food for days,...
and still have enough energy to cut your arm or leg off and still walk to safety..
