My friends use photoshop to change the color of there eyes and hair? how do i?

I want to use photoshop to make my hair differany colors to experiment and stuff...What do i do? do i have to pay? do i have to install something? What are the instruction. HELP. thanx

Get a genuine copy of photoshop from your nearest software retailer.

Yes, you have to go to the store and buy photoshop. I wouldn't suggest spending it if that's all you're going to use it for. BUt if you do there are tutorials for that within the program.

PhotoShop is very expensive.

You don't need to Pirate it.

Try PhotoFiltre instead, and read the tutorials.

OMG don't use PhotoShop!!! It's for stupid people lolz j/k...but here's a way you can do it....go to this link... http://www.picnik.com ....it's easy, they have a lot of stuff.

I taught myself how to change the eye colour lolz, but you can change the hair too, if you want.

btw, you have to use the "Doodle" tool & fade the colors to make it look more natural.
