Depends what type job you wan ting I should imagine the condition could pose a health & safety hazard such as police work the armed forces or security or work involving working in presurised environment why dont you have it treated before applying for a role that involves that level of fitness.

About the only job I can think of where this condition would effect your chances of Employment would be the Porn industry ...
