Drink only water or milk throughout the day- never drink soda or juice. Don't skip meals, especially breakfast. If you do, then you will be hungry during the day and you will be more likely to eat more because you missed a meal. Always take the stairs and dance to music when you have free time - - - I could never exercise because i just am not that motivated, but I dance and sing- i think it helps tone your muscles!!!!! And it's fun.

The best and healthiest way to do this is to completely change your diet and exersize. I am not talking about a fad diet, but a lifestyle change in you thought process about eating. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Do not eat fast food and definately stay away from soda and sweets. Make water the drink you have 3 times more than anything else. The first month of you eating overhaul will be the hardest. After that your body will want the healthier stuff. Do exersize where you are sustaining your heart rate elevated for at least 30 minutes. You will feel better about yourself and have much more energy. Do not do the diet pills. 16 pounds can be done, but do it the right and healthy way. Good luck.

Just stick to the plan and excercise. I lost 39 lbs so far doing weight watchers. It may seem like it takes for ever to loose the weight, but it will come off. Just be safe about it. Eat what you are suppose to and work out and you will become a lot healthier.

Good luck, I know you can do it!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Trust me, it is really easy to lose sixteen pounds in two months.Diet right. That means not a lot of junk food, and try not eating a lot of calories a day.Sugar is bad in this situation so try not to eat sugary food.Exercising is very important!you should exercise at least once a day..and do a routine workout working on the section of your body that you'd like.I hope this helps!
