We have a track record of how this was handled in the past. Abortions occurred back then but no one advertised them. They were a horrible shame to any family and the police let the families deal with them. The police dealt with the abortioner if they could find him or her. It was more of a crime to offer the service than a poor teenage girl trying to use abortion as birth control.
We never registered a pregnancy.
We never accused anyone of deliberately falling down stairs.
No weekly blood tests are necessary
The fetus never needed a public guardian-this is ridiculous.
There is no better protector of a baby than a mother. Try to take a baby away from any animal and that mother will fight you.
By reversing this law, all you are doing is making women responsible for their own bodies and saying NO to men who want sex without marriage. Fewer young men will be paying child support because young women will not be so free with sex. Abortion will no longer be a means of birth control so women must be more careful about having sex. It will slow down AIDS. Some women have two or three abortions. After being held accountable for raising your child by yourself, men won't look so good. Careless sex will not be worth the consequences.
If you can keep the women of this world decent, you will keep the world decent and moral. You have seen one young woman in Hollywood recently being indecent to the extremes. You have a well-known Hollywood young woman in jail at the moment. It will only get worse. It must be stopped now.
Let the pregnant women in America control their own pregnancies without Abortion Clinics and the women will change their ways. Whatever it takes, American women need to become more decent.

Are you really that stupid. First of all a miscarriage is the body's NATURAL way of disposing of a baby for one reason or another. If Roe V Wade was overturned it would just make abortion ILLEGAL, it would not control the mother of the baby (fetus). Maybe we should start taking inventory of all the women that have abortions, so that they could be limited to the number of abortions they can have. Abortion was made legal for an "accidental pregnancy" not as a form of birth control, Then when it was re-introduced it was for health reasons of the mother and/or child, but now women are having 6 or more abortions and personally I think that there is a better way to control getting pregnant,oh and by the way do you know how many abortions are performed in a week, maybe you should check into the statistics of it. Women are using abortion as a form of BC and that is wrong, yes I am PRO-LIFE, but I also know that I don't have the right to decide for other women, abortion was originally used way back in the 1800's to hide family shame, so what does that tell you about abortion?

The poor expose their children, the rich kill the fruit of their own bodies in the womb, lest their property be divided up, and they destroy their own children in the womb with murderous poisons, and before life has been passed on, it is annihilated.
Should a woman (or man) throw herself down stairs to kill, then her intention is clearly murder of herself and the baby. Indeed this tragic and we cannot prevent everyone from suicide.
We can take away professions that kill innocent childreen though abortion for the sake of profit and self-gratification of medicine without morals.

>>How would you control all the pregnant women in America to ensure none of them abort?<<
The same way we control all the parents of born children to ensure none of them commit infanticide -- we can't, we don't, and yet that doesn't preclude us from criminalizing infanticide.

Why would we do all this? This is more protection than any child receives. Do you not trust the mother?
Stop being silly today.

Your question negates the difference between willful termination and not willful. Miscarriages happen, they always have. God has control of that child's soul, not us.
