west highland white terrier, bishon frise, maltese, shih tzu, papillon, havanese, spitz, are a few that come to mind....good luck....possibly check akc.org, and see if they have a list of all their breeds, to check on !!... an even better idea...go to petfinder.com, and type in these breeds, to see pictures of the dogs, and your friend might recognize the dog, that she is looking for !!!

A white toy poodle, a Bichon Frise, a Maltese, a white pomeranian, a West Highland White terrier. A white long haired chihuahua would be another choice but they aren't as fluffy as some breeds but they require less grooming.

Please go to www.smallpawsrescue.org.

This is a Bichon Frise Breed Rescue, not for profit organization which desperately needs foster and forever homes for their little white dogs, affectionately called "fluffs:.

Bichon Frise's are wonderful small fluffy little white dogs that are smart, great with children and seniors, make terrific therapy dogs, are content to be apartment dogs (although all dogs love to be walked) and if you give a rescue a forever home you will be giving a wonderful dog a fabulous life and you will never regret it.

Be a hero. Adopt a fluff.

The breed that first comes to mind would be a maltese. She may also be talking about a pomeranian. I would recommend either one, they're both great dogs!

seem up "cat breeds" on line and notice what you discover. There could be a great number of sites to study out, and maximum could have photos. you may discover in basic terms what you're searching for, after which you will pass seem for one! maximum BREEDS are high priced, so it extremely is extremely helpful to easily verify your shelters.....they in many cases have a great number of cats, and a few are white & fluffy........Persian mixes, and so on. good success........

An American Eskimo Spitz (also known as an Eskie).
They are beautiful dogs, but they require brushing because of their long fur.
Although I don't know if it's true or not, but they aren't supposed to ever smell.

American Eskimo, but I suggest researching any breed dog not just getting it because of its looks.
