If you're going to have a small tattoo, put it on a small piece of skin. Nothing looks weirder than a blob of ink on a great big canvas.
I'd say ankle, wrist, maybe neck.

I would say on the inside of your wrist, on top of your foot ... maybe have always above your belly button and forever under your belly button but in a way that they make almost a complete circle.

Ooh lower back, I like, that's whereI want mine. But anyway, I like hip tattoos (can see 'em in a bikini, or maybe a belly shirt, but not otherwise) I think thats really cute. Good luck!

maybe a few inches below your belly button but more towards your side, like more on your hip. That would be cute. Just an idea though

Get it as a bracelet: either on your wrist or on your ankle. It would complement your other tattoos and still be cute.
