The short answer is: you don't. Punctuation marks represent pauses, changes in tone, and other information that's carried in tone of voice in spoken languages and in expression and force/speed of gesture in sign languages.

1. There are many sign languages and many forms of silent communication of punctuation marks, thus there is no uniform answer for your question--see sources. But punctuation marks do exist in sign languages--letter Q in addition to a question mark sign drawn in the air by a right hand--indicates a question,for example--see ASL dictionary at the sources,
