And just to add a comment to that person who said what does it matter you cant use them anyway...its for those people who smoke and can have one as soon as they get off a plane like in germany.

WHY WOULD YOU NEED MATCHES OF ANY TYPE ON A PLANE?

they are all NO SMOKING flights and NO LIGHTING THE FUSE OF ANY BOMB IN YOUR SHOES!!! flights.

No. They do not want you taking any matches or lighters. Save yourself the headache and just buy some when you land.

Yes, but you must put them in a condom or balloon and then swallow it. When you arrive at your destination take a laxative, wait until it takes effect. Recover the condom or balloon. Then clean it off thoroughly (I can’t stress this enough), dry, remove matches from the condom or balloon and there you have it.

I always get away with my lighter somehow.... I just keep them in my purse which is on my check on bag and they have never taken it out! :)
