Well since you cant get a job a 14, and you are to much of a prep to mow lawns. I would say babysitting, but to tell you the truth if I had kids I wouldn't let you babysit them...lol I would stick to get the money that you want for your rents...

Baby sitting for friends or family. Also, puppysitting or dog walking is a good job too. Depending on how well you like school and your grades, you can also offer to tutor younger kids who are having trouble for a fee. Good luck

Babysitting is probably the only thing you can do, although McDonald's does have a program if you are under 16. I am not sure what the age requirement is though.
