You can never brush 2 much. Just brush until u cant brush anymore and then brush for another 15 minutes. I brush my hair 2-3 hours daily and im spinnin like crazy. You dont need wave grease aka pomade to get waves. A wave is a layed down curl and the only way to get them is to brush alot. A good moisturizer and a durag/stockin cap definitely helps as well but no matter what u need to brush ALOT. the pomade just temporarily makes your waves look better by helping to lay down your hair.Just go to http://360waves.net and u will become a 360s expert like me.

You can use any grease that you want to, I have used DAX'S in the past, but the key is to put a heated, damp towel over your head to soften you hair, before you put the grease in.

You can use either Dax, Sportin' Waves or Murray's. Also you will need a good stiff natural bristle brush and a wave scarf.
