Can anyone give me a fish restaurant name around Taksim area? I know couple of them but need a name of the best one... thanks

Gurme Boncuk at Asmalimescit Tunel.

Small but great meyhane and the fish is delicious. Reservation is a must.
OR
You can also have look at Asmali Meyhane just on the opposite side of Gurme. Sorry but don't remember the phone number.

Taksim Area is full of restaurants serving sea food and alcoholic beverages. You may go Nevizade Street (Boncuk, Sahika), Cicek Pasaji or Asmalimescid.
But if you're looking for an elegant restaurant you should go Bosporus area. I can advise you Park Fora (Kurucesme) and Fishmekan (Arnavutkoy).

What's the fun of eating fish at Taksim? Come to Cyprus. Have fresh fish in the tiny historical Girne harbor, or go to Magusa Bogazi and eat fish by the seaside. It's lovely.
