The low calorie content is one of the reasons I make popcorn my "junk" food. However, it's my understanding that air popped popcorn is healthier than microwave. Microwave popcorn has stuff in it to help it pop in the microwave, and the stuff in the bag as well. Also, with air popped, I can control how much "butter" I put on it. Well, we use Smart Balance, which is all natural. Also, air popped is cheaper. My husband once bought me a box of microwave popcorn marked "natural". Given the situation for which we were buying it, I agreed. Ha. I guess it was another case of the food company not expecting the consumer to read the box. Well, "natural" in my book does not include hydrogenated oils, full or partial or the stuff in the bag that causes the corn to pop. Yuck. I e-mailed the company, but I'm not sure if I ever received a reply, as I don't remember which e-mail address I used.

Anyway, I hope this helps.

that doesn't make experience. If a million Tablespoon makes a million cup, then that must be approximately fifty six energy according to popped cup. yet then it additionally says that there are 30 energy according to popped cup. i do no longer understand...are you particular you're analyzing it wisely?
