You can do fried chicken in a skillet on the stove you use presto flour and adobo seasoning and then you coat chicken and shake off excess flour put about 1"of oil in the skillet put your chicken in skin side down and close the lid and cook about 10 minutes then flip and close the lid again then flip the ckicken again and cook another 10 minutes per side with the lid off and the chicken comes out great and crunchy. That cooking time is for a bone in breast of chicken so adjust your time depneding on the pieces

I love to put chicken pieces in a baking dish with some olive oil, garlic salt, oregano, about 1/4 cup white wine and a squeeze of lemon or lime. Bake 50 mins to an hour and serve over rice, noodles, or quinoa and a side veggie or salad.

Just par boil the chicken 45 minutes, and buy a bag of Birds Eye one skillet meals, or my favorite, take the raw chicken, skin on, and sprinkle liberally with dried basil and Lawry's garlic salt, bake 45 min @ 350 on center oven rack.
