No too late at all, e-mail me.

Right now we offer full scholarships, $900 yr. book money, $300-500 mo. in stipend. There are often associated incentives offered by your university.

My ROTC Batallion covers 2 colleges.

I was commissioned in the regular army back in 1979. While most of my classmates were college students, we did have one cadet who was a dental student and one in law school. I'm not certain of the criteria today, however, it would be a safe bet you must be in college or graduate school. It would be best to seek out the Professor of Military Science at the college you wish to attend and ask for his/her advise. Keep in mind not every college has a military science department. A local recruiter would only want you to join as an enlisted soldier.

No, you can be commissioned up to age 35.

However, step one in joining ROTC is to get into a college that offers the program.

As long as your 30th birthday occurs later than June 30 of your commissioning year, you can enter the program. For certain branches and MOSs, you can get waived into the program as long as you can commission by your 35th birthday, though why anyone would want to be a 35 year-old second lieutenant is beyond me.
