Unless you have agreed to this form of punishment, then no. Spanking should only be performed between consenting adults. If they don't consent to be spanked for transgressions, then it will be assault when you do.
Plus, only a small subsection of the adult population would really benefit from spanking and similar punishments. If it doesn't work for her, or if she doesn't consent, then, even if you're lucky enough for her to not press charges, she's more likely to rebel against your authority than to respect you for caring enough to discipline her.
Unless she asks for you to hold her accountable for misbehavior, or otherwise gives you ADEQUATE reason to believe that she might be open to the idea, then just keep spanking out of the picture.

Spanking is never a good punishment unless she likes to be spanked. If she does go get your whip. They have cool ones at Priscillas that say slut and stuff, LOL. This is more of a dirty question than a parenting one. Next time post on the relationship board.
