God does not need physical things to prove his existance you just have to have faith and believe. Studies have shown that someone that worships an ultimate god is better likely to do good things, not end up in jail, have a goal in life, and always know what the best choice is, the godly choice. But to have someone that always loves you no matter what is not Allah or Muhammad, but God the god with a son named Jesus Christ that died for our sins. Go and pick up a Bible and begin reading, either the first five books of the Old or New Testament-----nothing in the Bible has ever been proven false or a lie because God does/can not lie and he said the Bible is Truth. If you read the New Testament when you get to Jesus's death just think about how horrible Jesus was treated and he didin't even deserve it. Jesus was killed with one of the worst punishments in that time and it can be argued that His punishment was the worst of all time. I don't know. Define "God" and I'll tell you.
Physical evidence doesn't exist. But that doesn't mean that there is not something beyond us. I experience it in life events. No bright lights, no voice from the sky, no awe inspiring vision. Just the vastly improbable reality that I am here and, somehow, manage to get whatever breaks he (she, it?) gives to sustain my survival this long. Coincidence I can believe - but only to a point.
It's been said by scientists, that if the earth was to start all over again from scratch, just as it originally was, the chance of it producing life is between five and ten billion to one. Also, look at Ein Stein's work on relativity and those who built on that work. They have basically shown that we have NO IDEA what reality really is. What we perceive is the tip of the ice burg. We can't even understand time - it's actually a physical, mechanical property.

The basis of a relationship with God is faith. We are saved through faith by the grace of Christ. If there was physical evidence of his existence then that faith would mean nothing.
You can't see the wind. What you see is the effects of the wind, by leaves moving, etc. Just as you can't see God, you can see the effects of Him, whether it be love, an answered prayer, or a person's own experiences.
I know God exists because of how He comforts me and gives me a peace no matter what. I know Him through the love I recieve from others and through my prayers. I know He exists when I see a newborn baby or even just the rain. I've read different creation stories and tried to convince myself that evolution makes sense, so please do not think I'm a narrow-minded Christian who has never been exposed to anything else.

I have evidence that you can see, hear, touch and become unbelievably immersed in!!
I grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and annually i used to attend night vigils where i saw tens of thousands of people with all sorts of health problems like some who were lame, or deaf, or blind pray to God and receive healing from Him before they left the vigil. I have heard a nine year old girl who was dumb say her very first words and so many other miracles i would never finish telling you about. And i didn't see these things alone. Millions of people (yes, millions, literarily) saw these things with me. I've been to at least 12 of these night vigils now and i'm looking forward to the next one when i go back to Nigeria (i live in London, England now).
Besides that, you cannot physically see God because he is not a human being or a sort of superhuman you can lay eyes on. Therefore, you can't physically hear his voice or see his clothes because since he isn't human he wouldn't wear clothes or have a mouth to talk to you. When people say they've heard God's voice they mean it poetically. God is the most powerful force and spirit in existence and because of this human beings would die if they catch a glimpse of him. If you read the bible you would find some attempts at describing God and heaven in Revelations, especially.
You can see evidence of Jesus Christ's existence (like his empty tomb for example) if you travel to the middle east, especially Isreal.
If you search for God around the world i'm afraid for the reasons mentioned above, you won't find him. You can only find some of his masterpieces like things that exist in nature. When you start talking and building a relationship with Him the only place on earth you will find him would be inside you. Goodluck and God Bless!!

When I asked the Lord Jesus Christ into my heart, I felt tangible evidence BY FAITH. My life changed from that point on. It hasn't been an easy life, by any means. When I feel burdened, I pray and by faith feel better. There's no other life in this world to live than one for Christ. An abundant life here on this earth and the promise of eternal life in Heaven with Him.

As many above mentioned, I have a RELATIONSHIP with Him.
I get comforted when I come to Him.
I get surprised with little (or big) 'gifts', that encourage me.
He is The God of miracles.
If you are honestly looking for the Truth (and don't mind a BEAUTIFUL, but radical change of life) then ask for confirmation.
The Bible clearly states that those who seek will find.
God bless.

Thing is, only the most radical of atheists deny He even existed. But in terms of having a relationship with Him, the relationship is every bit as tangible as any other.
Look, say you met someone via teh interweb... you can grow to love them, right? Over time. You can type words to one another, and even talk on the phone, but what do you have that's actually "real" in terms of physicality? And yet is doesn't preclude love from developing.
With Jesus, sometimes you can honestly *feel* His presence. It's often accompanied by a sudden smell of flowers (normally Jasmine, for me) and you can honestly hear His voice in your heart.
I know to non-believers it all sounds ridiculous, but when you have a relationship with Him, it's real, and you see evidence of it everywhere.

Animals, plants, nature can all be touched or seen by men and are physical evidence of God. But this is not why I believe in Him or worship Him. I believe in Him because I can witness of all His love. When I continously sin, I can physically feel within myself how God pulls away His glory from me. And, believe me this does not feel good. You feel depressed and nothing you do seems to work out. When I ask God sincerely to forgive me, I feel like I have been washed clean by an ocean. This is why I believe and worship God. You need to practise to live in His glory, because men are sinful by nature and tend to fall back in their old ways.
