Hi !!!
I would tell you that you should not subject yourself to expired foods, the cheese mixture can go bad after a period of time..

*REASONS TO THROW IT OUT...

1. It's cheap & can be easily replaced with another one.
2. Your immune system is probably at a low right now, due to your recent illness or health status. If the cheese mixture is rancid, your system may not be able to ward off any bacteria as easily as if you were at a healthier state.

With all the chemicals in processed food, it will probably be good for the next decade. I am not a fan of Kraft (owned by Phillip Morris, the cigarette company), but since you bought it already, enjoy it soon. Sorry to hear about your being in the hospital.

The Mac and Cheese is quite comforting on a dateless Friday night while your skanky acquaintances are out getting laid. It takes a at the same time as to discover a good guy to interchange a bowl of tacky yumminess.

Yeah, should be. The only thing to look out for is little tiny bugs. You could see them when you put the macaroni into the pan of water. My parents have had those in dry pasta before.

The 'use by date' is a suggestion. Open the box and pour into a pasta bowl and check for 'tiny bugs', if none it is fine prepare according to directions.

I have used it when it is expired with no problem. I've never had any bugs in mine, but obviously toss it out if you do see some.
