I am a 14 year old girl, who wants to lose about 20 pounds, I am at 130 now, I am overweight and I have seen the doctor before, So I would like to get down to 110.

Definitely not. A 14 year old should not use ANY medication without a doctor's ok.

personally i would not without at least ck'ing with your dr.....you need to make sure there is no underlying medical conditions and you need to be monitored while on this....this is a very low calorie diet i think, and this can cause issues....you are just a teen and you don't want to take a chance and mess your body up....you still need a lot of vitamins and minerals.....not sure how much weight you want to loose but have you ck'd weight watchers it may be easier to follow for a teen....
