Al gore says that countries around the world are helping to stop global warming. countries like Japan and Sweden. But what are they actually doing? i see no changes instead, its getting worse.

It is a bunch of little things - like recycling more (not just bottles and cans but everything from electronics to building materials). Cultivating local plant life. Encouraging companies to re-manufacture instead of using new materials. Each little step we take will begin to make headway - the problem didn't happen over night and it won't be cured over night - it takes many people all working to the same goal to make a real difference.

If Al Gore says that it is getting better than it had better be getting better right?
Actually I've heard that the Swiss have reached their Kyoto targets. Probably stuff it into the holes in Swiss Cheese and then export it. No one else seems to though, probably because they import Swiss Cheese.
You can not see the changes in either direction, they are too slow.

it is getting worse because most countries aren't doing anything for the environment. so they out rule the few but it is much better then everyone screwing up the planet

education is the only way to save the planet. if this forum is any indication, as to the level of education in regards these matters, we r in serious trouble.

the only thing they are doing is blaming the US for everything
& doing nothing to make things better
& al gore is getting paid to blame the US . . . while he flys around in a private jet

what ever it is they r doin its not working ........its actually making it worse...am sure they r doin it for some kind of publicity
