Maybe. As long as you're happy is there a problem with that? If you're unhappy about it, go see a therapist and maybe they can help you find out why. Do you have no interest at all? Only some sexual interest (do you know you like girls/boys if you liked anyone at all)? Or no interest in dating? You could have a hormone imbalance or just really haven't found anyone who's really impressed you.

It's not unheard-of. I didn't kiss a girl until I was 19, so I understand how confusing this can be.
Either you will 'click' with someone, or you won't. I'm assuming there are no physiological problems, that you have the normal run of secondary sexual characteristics (hair, adam's apple, growth of genitalia since puberty), but if not, discuss those symptoms with your physician, who may prescribe testosterone. If you're testosterone-deficient, this treatment will make a big difference.
Pay attention to your surroundings. Perhaps a gal is paying close attention to you. Your reaction may be that you don't want to approach because you're not attracted that way. Don't sweat it. Even 'normal' men flirt with girls that they're not attracted to. Just because you might not want her sexually does not mean that she won't be a good friend. Try that out, let yourself have a friend who is a girl, and maybe things will develop. Maybe they won't. Or maybe they will develop, but platonically. If you don't give it a chance, you'll never know.

No; I don't think the G word applies just yet, its just that you haven't found a woman of interest yet, or one that you feel you can trust. The perfect woman that measures up to your standards is not always easy to find, it just takes time. its always easyier for the woman to find a match, than the guy...we tend to be a little more picky...so relax and stop listening to all that inhuendo....all that gossip, will drive you nuts...

No, you are just a late bloomer. Just as well; immature women can drive you crazy. You avoided a lot of unnecessary drama by not dating in High School.
