I have my Lip Pierced and it didnt hurt..but i need to know how bad a septum piercing hurts while its being done..not the process in healing..=]

stings a bit. not too bad. it will make your eyes water and sneeze but it's barable when getting it done.

To me my septum didn't hurt to much. It's not unbearable. Your eyes will tear up but that is expected with any piercing near your eyes (mainly your nose). I've heard many people say it hurt so much but also a lot of people say it didn't hurt at all. It's mainly up to how much pain you can tolerate.

Mine hurt quite a bit, but once he was done, the pain went away, and one look at the piercing made it all worth it :)

Ok. I've had my labret done twice, my eyebrow. my bellybutton. none of them hurt. I've never had my septum done. But one time, I was with this guy who was a big jock looking guy. really big, covered in tattoos, macho manly guy. several tats, several piercings, all gauged really big... I went to the tattoo shop with him to get his septum pierced.
He cried.
Like a baby.
