I mix 1/2 glass of regular milk, 1/2 apple , papaya ( size of 1/2 apple) and 3-4 large prunes, some ice,splenda or honey to the blender until smooth and Voila!!
1 or twice at day it's good to regulate the hard days!

Prune juice is . . .well, it's an acquired taste. I think you could eventually get used to the taste, but with so many fiber supplements like that clear, tasteless powder by benefiber or the chewable fiber tablets, why force yourself? Or try other forms of fiber that don't offend your taste buds, like raisin bran or any of the other high fiber content cereals.

I think they are wonderful! Have you cooked any? They plump up and are soft and yummy! You can get the same effect by drinking more water and eating enough roughage/fiber, then you won't have to eat or drink prunes!
