Briefly when you feel thier begining to victimise you and railroad you get out it will just keep building and they start to appreciate you as soon as you giv e in notice then of course they want to have you on a n excit interview so they can convince you that you got it wrong and everthing is fine and dandy untikl you retract your notice then the shite will begin all over again and they want to be sure you are not going to sue for constructive dismisal if you stay they can always say in court well he didnt leave !!!!!

Employers should care about the employees feelings and mindset. I got written up once for a broken piece of fish once. I took two other employees down with me. We all got level one counseling. I didn't cook the fish, but it broke up because I had to move it. I hate myself, and I think about that day, and the ***** who made a big deal about the fish everyday. I can't look that whore in the eye.

The employee should also consider the pain of joblessness and its social stigma.
