Walking is the best exercise, and the easiest to make yourself do, because it is enjoyable. If you haven't been doing anything to lose weight until now, then walking is quite possibly all you'll need, exercise wise. I lost 20 lbs in one month, but I wasn't eating alot either

You'll also need to ajust your diet. One of the best things is to make suppers super light, if anything. I just eat fruit and juice for supper. Eat your main meals at Breakfast and lunch, and make those healthy and low fat.

I lost 60 lbs since September. But now my body has ajusted itself and what I'm doing isn't working anymore.. GRRR.
