i do not have a sore throat but it feels like my tongue and neck are swollen and i have patches of white on the roof of my mouth and my body hurts really bad espically in my mid lower back and abdomenen

but go see a doctor now
thrush isn't very common in too many diseases!

if you also have a fever you likely have some sort of bacterial infection and need antibiotics. If you have no fever, a temp greater than 100, then it is likely a virus and it is just going to take time and rest until it goes away.

Look up Candidiasis on webmd.com or medline.com and read on it i think this is what you may have
