An agnostic Christian is a part of the agnostic theists. This means that this person is an agnostic (believes that the existence of god cannot be known by humans) but chooses to follow the Christian religion in spite of their agnosticism.
Theism is the belief that gods or deities exist, while Agnosticism is the belief that the existence of gods are unknown or inherently unknowable. Belief is defined as a conviction of the truth of a proposition without its verification. Agnosticism does not violate this, and this definition of theism does not violate agnosticism, implying that it is possible to be both theist and agnostic.

I don't think someone can be agnostic and a Christian at the same time.
Agnostic means you are not sure if there is a God or is not a God.
Would they go to heaven? That depends on whether or not there is a heaven. It appears you are coming from a viewpoint that assumes there is. What are the rules to get into the heaven you believe in, and did this Agnostic Christian adhere to them or not?

What the first two responders said.
As for "This means that this person is an agnostic (believes that the existence of god cannot be known by humans) but chooses to follow the Christian religion in spite of their agnosticism."
it's not possible. The Christian religion is about a relationship with our creator. You can't have a relationship with someone that you don't is there. A person can follow some of the doctrine of Christianity - "love your neighbor", etc. but that doesn't make him a Christian.

Agnostic and Christian are contradictions in terms. An agnostic doesn't know whether God exists. A Christian knows with certainty that God exists and that He sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world to make possible our salvation.

I think an "agnostic Christian" would be someone who believes in God but is unsure about all the details that go along with christianity.
As for if they go to Heaven, that's not really for us to decide/judge, is it?

I am one. I don't doubt there is a God. I doubt that the bible is literal in any parts. I believe there may be a being or not, but the rules of Christianity and most other religions when not misunderstood allow society to exist. I feel religion is needed, but I don't have all the answers and never will. I can write a book, but me writing a book just like the people who wrote the Bible doesn't prove anything.

Do you mean
Gnostic?
a member of any of certain sects among the early Christians who claimed to have superior knowledge of spiritual matters, and explained the world as created by powers or agencies arising as emanations from the Godhead.
or
Agnostic?
1. a person who holds that the existence of the ultimate cause, as God, and the essential nature of things are unknown and unknowable, or that human knowledge is limited to experience.
2. a person who denies or doubts the possibility of ultimate knowledge in some area of study.
The two often get confused.

An agnostic is a Christian who does not believe in organized religion. They believe god is in everyone, and that is what Jesus's message was...we are all children of god...we are all connected to god. They do not believe in the bible, which was written by men to control society for political and monetary benefits. They also do not believe in any of the other fairy tales about Jesus that are clearly mythology.
