My legs are big but they feel very muscular. What is the deal? They are so big but when I walk I can feel the muscle. So why are they this big? I also have a little bit of an inside thigh, so how do I get rid of this? And the weird thing is is that even though I have big thighs, I have a very small butt. So what can I do to improve that problem too? Thank you for your help, it will be greatly appreciated.

have youu ever tried running a mile or two maybe once a day.
or even just going out for a walk every morning or night.
i mean now that its summmer were gunna be out walkingg like crazy (:
but i mean my mom says just slim down on the cheese and go out.
im hyperr so im always movingg, try it. once youu start youu deff wont want to stop (:

Your thigh must be working so hard that's why they are way too big for you. try to look for exercises that enhance the shape of your thigh and butt.

Genetics could be why your thighs are big. Long distance running might help some.

jogging / strolling / bounce rope / aerobic / swimming do one in every of them or extra if you'll be able to approximately half-hour a minimum of, an hour is of path bigger. squats, lunges, stretches and so on... 1500 calorie consumption - healthful meals. tons of water
