Alright... first of all, no one mock this please.
But... I have an ex... who's absolutely beautiful, and she's really smart, but... she doesn't know God and it really shows... Her parents are awful (they physically and verbally abuse her), the guys she dates are awful (some of them physically abuse her too), and she's... not honoring her body at all, she throws herself around like a piece of meat, and of course, guys notice...
So... my request is that you would pray for her salvation, pray for Amanda that she would come to know Jesus and be made new, and love God and love her friends and enemies all the days of her life, and make her life's goal to glorify God in the best way she can.

To Nondescripit... just so ya know... i'm praying for her to come to Him, and that she would freely choose to love Him and do what he says, becuz i love her and i want her to be alright.
another thing, it isn't her body to throw around.
She is supposed to honor her body, which was created by God, to honor the creator of her body. and i really care about this girl, i would give my arm for her. please don't mock this. I didn't attack you, so please don't attack me.
to joyful noise... don't worry man, i certainly won't give up! i know the power of prayer, i've seen it at work... i will certainly keep praying for her, till the day me or her dies.
Everyone... if you have a way to remember, like writing it down, please continue to pray for her, She would be a glorious new Christian, to turn from what she's been doing. I love you all so much...

No prayer requests are important. Prayer is a waste of time. Even if there was a god, which there isn't, he wouldn't do popularity contests to grant wishes.
Secondly, what a person wishes to do with their own body is their business. Sorry, but not everybody considers sex to be a bad thing. From your point of view, she's "throwing herself around". From any sane point of view, you're jealous that she enjoys life with other men after leaving you. This is more about your inability to control her than anything bad she is doing.
Another way of stating the "Golden Rule" is "Live and let live". If she's your ex, then you really should just leave her alone. She has her life and you have no more control over it. Apparently, when there are people you can't control, this upsets you. That probably causes a lot of stress in your life. If you address your own control issues, you'd probably be much better off.

Are you in for the long haul? Accept the fact that God has given you a burden for her salvation. Can you commit to years of prayer for her? I'm 59 and have prayed for certain ones to be saved for years. Some came to the Lord after a short while, others took longer, and there are still some that I'm waiting about. I believe God honors our prayer life. and our prayer, sincere and consistant, will be answered in His timing. Your friend may have to come to a very, very low point in her life before she ever turns to God. I will pray with you now, but please don't let her go, and don't be discouraged with her lack of response to God. It can change in an instant, but the fact that you care and continue to lift her in prayer may be the difference in her eternal statis. God bless you for your request and may God use you to bring many souls to Christ .

Of course I will add Amanda to my prayer list. I know some will scoff (that's fine) but I keep a prayer list under my bed and pray over each one at night.

I will pray for God's will in her life right now. She is obviously going through a series of tests and I know if she turns her life over to God, He will use these experiences to enable her to help others who are going through the same thing! He did it for me!

Open her eyes to her worth as a woman and open her eyes to what she could do for you Lord.
