An apple would give you even more fiber; could try a bit of protein, it really depends on which Kashi bar you are eating. Is it the crunchy ones? The Go Lean ones? Whatever the bar is low in, (protein, carbs, fiber, etc) eat a snack with that missing component to balance out.

My aunt works for Kashi and their products are awesome. I normally eat fruits with Kashi granola bars. Also, there's this stuff called fruit leather and it's like dried fruit and it tastes somewhat like a fruit roll-up but it's MUCH healthier.

If you like Kashi granola bars, I would definitely check out their cereals (Heart to Heart is awesome), oatmeal, and other products!!!! :)

Kashi granola bars are a healthy snack. You may want to have juice or herbal tea to accompany it

I like to eat bananas or grapes with mine. If that doesn't do the trick, then I'll eat a few Kashi TLC crackers (Honey Sesame or Original 7-Grain) with some hummus.

I would recommend fruit, like an apple or an orange. If you want to get exotic, try some mango, kiwi or star fruit. I love grapefruit, too.

If fruit isn't what you're looking for, try some baby carrots, cut up bell peppers, grape tomatoes or celery.

Happy eating!
