There is no "full screen" feature in Windows itself. So it is probably within a specific program or application that you did the "full screen". As it is different for each program you will probably have to edit with the name of the program for anyone to be able to answer this.

But you can try looking in the "Help" section of the program. Search on "full screen" and you should find the key to undo it.

press alt + enter?

not sure what it is that you have full-screened. i will assume it is overlapping the taskbar.
