Preface: This is not a debate on whether or not the Akashic Records exist. This question is being asked under the assumption that it does exist, and that people can access it. If this paradigm is unacceptable to you, please decline to answer this question and move on to the next.

The Question: What are some of the most successful methods for accessing the Akashic Records, and how can one be certain he/she is actually gleaning supernatural insight as opposed to their own intuition from a heightened cognitave state?

I wish you well in your quest and, unfortunately, I have no idea how to best go about it. There are any number of people who feel that they have the answer and they may all have it or none of them may have it. The problem lies in your second question.

You ask how can one be certain he/she is actually gleaning supernatural insight as opposed to their own intuition from a heightened cognitave state? The answer is you never can. It doesn't matter whether you are accessing the akashic Records, the quran, the bible, the book of the dead, or any other knowledge, hidden or otherwise. Ultimately, it doesn't make any difference. Insight is valuable regardless of the source. To the extent you can gain it, do not question from whence it came.
