165 lbs. That's my goal cuz I'm big boned 5'5" female and Weight Watchers got me there a few years ago, now I'm starting over...You'll probably be in a size 12 or 10 at the least. Get that Fat Smash Diet book from Dr. Ian from Celebrity Fit Club. I started reading it. When I get into the diet part...I'll do it (I think its just eating fruits and veggies). Meanwhile I'm re-adjusting my eating habits...eating less, small healthy snacks to keep metabolism up, etc...Just go for it and don't let anything stop you. Put up a picture of a motivator like say Rhianna's new bod or Beyonce to keep you motivated...(or just listen to their music regularly..--whatever works to keep you motivated.) Good Luck Girl!

"big bones" have nothing to do with a healthy weight, that is a myth. At 5'7" your max weight should be 145, your minimum weight should be 135.

There's no such thing as big boned.

Your health could better be determined by your body fat percentage, and by how much muscle mass you have on you.
