Strange question and a long story, but how would one say "We are not I" in Latin? Sort of existential, I guess...

ego non sumus

non sum nobis. If you mean, I am not us. non sum vobis, if you mean I am not you (plural). Or perhaps non sumus me, we are not I. Probably the last translation, though I don't know exactly what you are asking, just trying to give a variety to pick from.

Nos ego non sumus.
Nos non ego sumus.

Martin's suggestion above is grammatically correct, but I think it's better not to omit "nos" since you need some emphasis on "we" as opposed to "I".
